- An examination of the problems facing general practice across Wessex through population demographics, demand for services and the workforce.
- A summary of the current problems and possible approaches which have been used to support increasing activity in general practice, in particular through workforce development.
- The project has developed three tools - a RAG tool to highlight likely workforce changes, a Skills Matrix tool and workforce estimation tool – which are available to practices outside Wessex.
