NHS Oversight Framework for 2019/20

• An outline of the joint approach NHS England and NHS Improvement will take to oversee organisational performance and identify where commissioners and providers may need support.
• This Framework has replaced the provider Single Oversight Framework and the CCG Improvement and Assessment Framework (IAF) and will inform assessment of providers in 2019/20.
