- Evaluation of the effects of introducing Predictive RIsk Stratification Model (PRISM) into 32 general practices in south Wales.
- Across 230,099 participants, PRISM implementation led to increased emergency admissions to hospital, ED attendances, GP event-days, outpatient visitsand time spent in hospital. PRISM implementation cost £0.12 per patient per year and costs of health-care use per patient were higher in the intervention phase.
