- A toolkit to support all NHS providers (Foundation Trusts) in developing clear and well-thought-out strategies.
- The toolkit describes a seven-stage process to develop a strong strategy. It contains guidance and examples for completing each stage and supporting sections describe how to manage the strategy development process and how to test your strategy.
- In addition, three separate documents provide further details on specific areas -
- a strategic workforce planning toolkit
- demand forecast summary tool ( a method of summarising FT’s forecast activity levels over the next five years)
- measurement pick list (a comprehensive list of possible performance measures to choose from)
