- New care models include:
- A new deal for primary care
- Multispecialty Community Providers (MCPs)
- Primary and Acute Care Systems (PACS)
- Reconfiguration of Urgent and emergency care networks, smaller hospitals, consolidaiton of specialised care, maternity services and enhanced care homes
