- This engagement document is focused on the role of Integrated Care Partnerships (ICPs) within statutory arrangements for Integrated Care Systems (ICSs). The guidance builds on NHS England and NHS Improvement (NHSEI)’s ICS Design Framework to provide more detail on the role of ICPs, the statutory framework, guiding expectations and the timing of implementation. It includes a list of FAQs which we hope address stakeholders’ immediate questions.
