- Key messages included:
- Many respondents signalled broad support for the aims of the services themselves, but voiced significant concerns about the capacity and capability of PCNs to deliver the proposed requirements and the workforce challenges faced by primary care.
- Some raised concerns that a high number of the metrics in the specifications might be performance managed in monitoring delivery, and suggested that more qualitative measures and outcome metrics should be introduced.
- Respondents also requested clarification on a range of points.
