- This briefing highlights what the public are saying about issues they face when it comes to travelling to and from NHS services, including issues with public transport, parking and Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services (PTS). Data about PTS was also collated from 61 CCGs which indicated a reduction in non emergency PTS, increased refusal rates and no data relating to appeals or the outcome.
- NHS England has announced they will carry out a national review of PTS.
