- Analysis for the General Pharmaceutical Council to identify the key patterns, trends and themes in pharmacy inspection reports from November 2013 to August 2018 identified seven emergent themes that were associated with good and/or poor performance: governance. These were: a proactive approach; efficient processes; responsiveness; customer and patient focus; added value; and a lack of key knowledge and a failure to learn.
