Complaints survey toolkit

  • Working with Picker, the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO) and providers, NHS England has developed a standardised survey and toolkit to assess complainants’ experiences.
  • The survey and toolkit aim to:
    • Track the quality of complaints handling
    • Support organisations to survey complainants’ experience
    • Support improvements to local systems and complaints handling
