- In response to Sir Robert Francis’ Freedom to Speak Up review, Monitor, NHSTDA and NHS England have set out a draft national whistleblowing policy for consultation.
- It is intended that the policy be adopted by all NHS organisations in England (except for primary care providers) and independent providers of NHS healthcare.
- Consultation closes 8 January 2016
