- In April 2016, as part of the annual planning process, CCGs will be required to submit their plans - local digital roadmaps - for how their local health and care economies will achieve the ambition of being paper-free at the point of care by 2020. This guidance aims to help CCGs to prepare for production of their roadmaps, and to be clear about what they will be required to do now and over the coming months.
