- NHS IQ is developing a three year transformational improvement programme which aims to spread seven day service models at scale and pace across England. Using proven improvement methodologies and the NHS Change Model NHS IQ will work in collaboration with NHS England, healthcare organisations, Royal Colleges and a wide range of key stakeholders
- Phase 1 of the programme includes emergency, urgency and elective care, diagnostics including endoscopy, interventional radiology, pathology, physiological sciences and collaborating with identified organisations to adopt the evidence and to be "Exemplar sites" - forward thinking organisations evidencing whole system models.
