  • This report shares the learning from the stage 3 of the CfPS Inclusiong Health programme, and is based on the CfPS’ return on investment (ROI) model ‘Tipping the scales’. 
  • The CfPS received funding from the Department of Health to refine the model to deliver a step-change improvement in health outcomes for groups that are vulnerable to the poorest health. This includes the homeless and rough sleepers, sex workers, gypsies and travellers.
