- In the second of two judicial reviews a High Court judge has dismissed the challenge backed by the late Professor Stephen Hawking and the British Medical Association.
- He concluded that the ACO policy (as defined) is within the power of the Secretary of State and NHS England to propose and to base a consultation upon, and it is lawful for CCGs to adopt and apply.
