Rules of Engagement: Lessons from PANORAMA

  • This report reflects on a five-year patient engagement project carried out in Ontario, Canada, presenting the lessons learnt about the who, what, how and what next of successful (and less successful) patient engagement initiatives.
  • Recommendations and tips for patient engagement coming out of the project include:
