- The Better Care Fund (BCF) (formerly Integration Transformation Fund) is a single pooled budget to support health and social care services to work more closely together in local areas. The £3.8 billion fund was announced by the Government in the June 2013 Spending Round, to ensure a transformation in integrated health and social care.

- The ‘how to’ guide comprises an overview document and four chapters that provide advice and tips for completing the technical sections ofthe BCF planning templates.
