- A single nationwide measure which highlights the likelihood of digital exclusion at Local Authority level across the UK.The tool combines eight known digital and social indicators of exclusion including broadband coverage, an estimated level of Basic Digital Skills,age and gender.
- The combined digital indicator is made up of four metrics that indicate digital exclusion. These are infrastructure, access, Basic Digital Skills and Basic Digital Skills used.
