- The report includes the results of a survey of the NHS Organisations across the area. Of the 61 CCGs responses were received from 17 CCGs, with.three reporting that they do not use patient stories, Findings range from storytelling being considered a provider activity of little benefit to CCGs to those with structured templates aligned to organisational objectives and national imperatives support the storytelling process.
