- The tool helps to inform plans by presenting specific trajectories associated with avoidable emergency admissions and set the level of reduction in the number of non-elective admissions.
- The tool has forecasts for total non-elective admissions by Health and Wellbeing Board and for avoidable emergency admissions and associated metrics and delayed transfers of care.
