- CCGs are required to publish, as a single document, an Annual Report and Accounts in accordance with Directions issued by NHS England.This Guidance brings together the accounting requirements within the Manual for Accounts, the requirements for annual reporting for clinical commissioning groups and other matters into an easy to access reference document which includes specific terms and language relevant to CCGs.
